Most important, I'm a Christian who believes in not just claiming the title, but actually learning and living a Christ centered life. This provides the balance and focus needed to genuinely care for people.
I'm a native Houstonian who has a business background and extensive experience in finance, service, and real estate. There are not many areas of Houston and the surrounding areas that I'm not familiar with. As a Financial Advisor for nine years, I've managed a portfolio of $35,000,000 + in assests for clients locally and abroad before moving to the real estate industry. The training and backbone of my knowledge stem from my B.B.A. in Finance from Sam Houston State University. Such experience insures you that I'm well versed and can work along your side to insure your next move is not just a great one, but that it makes financial sense for you and your family as well.
Since 1988, I've served in the community to various degrees from working with the Boy Scouts of America with youth, to teaching bible studies, to instructing Financial Freedom workshops, to leading Deacons Family Ministry, to currently serving as Trustee, Church Administrator & KW Cares Chairperson. This has taught me that I'm gifted with many talents and more importantly for you, I'm consistent, committed, loyal and constantly learning.
As with much of my life, my career in real estate has been extremely successful. I've achieved several Triple Crown awards, several top lister awards, and many top producer acknowledgments. I'm a multi-million dollar producer and currently ranked #1 for listings taken in 2009 & #2 for number of homes sold in my office of 190 agents!! The driving force in these accomplishments has been taking a proactive and intentional approach to doing business, communicating openly, listening to clients and consulting them to informed intelligent decisions based on their needs.
